In this sense, the ideological concept of happiness is the invisible side of "happiness", that which almost always remains obscured when reflecting on the aforementioned subject, contributing to the falsification and distortion of many aspects of social reality.
2024-12-24T00:00:00-03:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Lindomar Luíz https://cajapio.ufma.br/index.php/barricadas/article/view/21988 David Hume and the need to follow the abstruse philosophy for the discovery of the proper province of human reason 2024-12-23T10:29:52-03:00 Roni Ederson Krause de Oliveira roni.oliveira@ifg.edu.br
A recurring concern bothers David Hume (1711-1776) throughout his works, mainly in the warnings, prefaces and introductions: the nature of the relationship between academic philosophy and popular philosophy. Even nature imposing that we cannot dedicate ourselves entirely to studies without suffering and getting sick for it, Hume argues that we must insist on the search for truth, no matter how difficult this search is. Thus, wanting to be a man in the midst of all our philosophy is a necessity and not a moral precept. Against the image of the skeptical Hume, defended by many specialists in this philosophy, I defend, in this work, the idea that the predominant notion is not that the appropriate philosophy for humanity resides in a balance between abstruse philosophy and easy philosophy, but that, despite the advantages of easy philosophy, truth can only be found within abstruse philosophy. Thus, there is a prevalence of abstruse philosophy over easy, emphasizing the greater importance that this type of philosophy has for the Scottish philosopher. To this end, texts from different periods of the philosopher's life are approached: A kind of history of my life (1734), the introduction of Book I of the A Treatise of Human Nature (1739), as well as the warning, the opening pages of Book III and the preface to the Abstract (1740). Also discussed in this study is the essay entitled Of Essay-Writing (1742), Section I of the An Enquiry concerning Human Understanding (1748) and the essay Of Commerce (1752).
2024-12-24T00:00:00-03:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Roni Ederson Krause de Oliveira https://cajapio.ufma.br/index.php/barricadas/article/view/19345 Kant`s way of knowing: Heidegger`s phenomenological interpretation about Kant 2024-12-20T18:43:43-03:00 Wender da Costa Dias wenderdias6@gmail.com
This work aims to show how Heidegger interprets the foundations of Kantian theory in the critique of pure reason, right in the introduction, on the way in which reality is known from sensitivity and understanding. Heidegger phenomenologically elaborates the schemas that he interprets from Kant as existential of a privileged being as being-in-the-world. For Heidegger, the problem of knowledge has
its foundation in the very being that has an intimate relationship with the truth and with being-in-theworld, that is, Dasein. Therefore, in the first part, we will go through a brief presentation of Kant's theory about his conception of the way of knowing, to then present how Heidegger interprets Kant from the phenomenology giving priority to concepts such as truth, understanding, world, and mainly: being.
2024-12-24T00:00:00-03:00 Copyright (c) 2024 wender da Costa Dias Costa Dias https://cajapio.ufma.br/index.php/barricadas/article/view/23408 Current ecofascim and its impacts on vulnerabilized populations: an integrative review 2024-04-17T00:17:10-03:00 Felipe Sávio Cardoso Teles Monteiro felipesctm@hotmail.com Tatiane dos Santos Costa tatianecostap2@gmail.com
Ecofascism as a movement of oppression that expire the lives of vulnerable populations is currently very present in society as part of a political plan focused on the accumulation of capital. Thus, trough a literature review, this paper seeks to understand how ecofascism presents itself today, investigating its psychosocial impacts on vulnerable populations. Through the research, it was noticed that the theme is not being researched in the national territory in a satisfactory way. Besides, the fact that psychology is not implicate in these scarce researches makes the notion of these impacts on health still seen from a biologicist point of view. Therefore, we conclude that psychology should be inserted, in a more satisfactory way, in studies that seek to understand how historical movements and processes affect the population, besides contributing to the end of the mind-body dichotomy.
2024-12-24T00:00:00-03:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Felipe Sávio Cardoso Teles Monteiro https://cajapio.ufma.br/index.php/barricadas/article/view/25499 Metacorpus or a biophilosophy proposed by François Dagognet: on the subject of body studies in Brazilian Physical Education 2024-12-22T16:09:33-03:00 Gisele Rosa Ribeiro francisco.vale@ufma.br Nélio Borges Peres francisco.vale@ufma.br
François Dagognet, in his work “The Body” (2012), addresses conceptions of the body that have directly influenced the human way of life. From the perception of a body erased by society, the author questions the existence and use of metacorpses in the West. In a dialogue between (Brazilian) Physical Education and Philosophy, the body is an object investigated from the existence of the body and mind duality present in the historiography that we analyzed in a quantitative-qualitative way that allowed us to verify that François Dagognet and his body perception did not appear in Brazilian Physical Education in the period from 2017 to 2022 and even so we present the work as a possible reference for Physical Education.

2024-12-24T00:00:00-03:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Profa. For this, my main sources were the theoretical productions of these authors in the 1950s and early 1960s. Through the contextualist method and the comparative approach, investigate how the authors conceived the colonial situation of Third World countries, especially Brazil and Algeria in the second half of the 20th century. Comparing the two black intellectuals and militants, it can be noted that there are similarities in their theories but also fundamental differences, mainly in their personal trajectories and political positions. While Guerreiro Ramos bet on a state program of socioeconomic development with a popular bias, Frantz Fanon devoted himself to revolutionary doctrines that preached the contraviolence of armed struggle and self-organization as means of social transformation.
2024-12-24T00:00:00-03:00 Copyright (c) 2024 José Victor Alves da Silva https://cajapio.ufma.br/index.php/barricadas/article/view/19575 The familiar absurd:An analysis of the processes of subjectivation based on Albert Camus and Freudian psychoanalysis 2024-12-23T10:51:31-03:00 Marcos Ferreira Campos marcos.ferreiracampos@hotmail.com
The article aims to discuss the philosophy of Albert Camus and Freudian psychoanalysis. Camus' theory of absurdity is a lens to be used in reading contemporary cultural behaviors. At this point, it is clear that what the philosopher maps as an abnormal condition of human life has taken a place of stability in the daily psychosocial field. Albert Camus, bequeaths us the vision of happiness based on freedom, in addition to physics, of bodies. A transcendent freedom in which the time of choice and judge can be reached. Contemporary society, with its morbid and liquid affects, offers an "absurd" freedom, which robs man of the character of the conductor of his own life. His problem of revolt remains in a camouflaged way, that is, the revolted man gives way to the conformed man, without losing the volatility of the desire-revolt based on the mythical theory of Sisyphus and his eternal and useless effort.

2024-12-24T00:00:00-03:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Marcos Ferreira Campos https://cajapio.ufma.br/index.php/barricadas/article/view/19361 Alternative means of dispute resolution: an analysis on the effectiveness of the preliminary conciliation hearing according to data from the National Council of Justice in the year 2019 2024-12-23T22:06:07-03:00 Maria Domingas Vale da Silva mariavaleadv@gmail.com
The purpose of this article is to investigate the effectiveness of the preliminary conciliation hearing in 2019.
