Vozes fora da razão: as relações entre loucura e literatura
Keywords:
Literatura, Loucura, Sanidade, Saúde mentalAbstract
Since antiquity, madness has been a recurring theme in literature. Whether as a metaphor for the human condition, an instrument of social critique, or an artistic expression of subjectivity, the figure of the madman occupies a central place in numerous literary works. Literature, with its creative freedom, allows us to explore the limits of reason and normality, giving voice to that which is often silenced in reality. In this text, we will analyze the complex relationships between madness and literature, highlighting how this intersection has been represented in different historical contexts, styles, and literary intentions.
