First, it will address the history of the Ecomuseum and the practical case in Lauro Müller-SC. Then, it will bring the concept of Global Commons and their classification, to, at the end, analyze the concrete case of Lauro Müller's Ecomuseum and the possibility of management by community means, which goes beyond the concept of State tutelage and Private Property. The approach method is the deductive one, as it starts from the general analysis of the Ecomuseum and Global Commons concepts, until reaching the analysis of the specific case. The procedure method is monographic, comparative and case study. As final considerations, it is believed that the management of the Ecomuseum can be common and shared.
