In the context of the issue concerning the relationship between the international circulation of legal elites and the legitimization of institutional models within the national space, this text conducts a comparative analysis of the departures abroad of three categories of legal careers between 2008 and 2018: Federal prosecutors, attorneys for Brazil and federal agencies, and federal commissioners. The analysis of the international destinations of these categories allows for the identification of relationships established with foreign agencies that disseminate legal models and contribute to the strengthening of autonomous corporations within the national space. The data presented were constructed from a mapping of cooperation networks connecting Brazilian prosecutors, attorneys for Brazil and federal agencies, and commissioners with their counterparts in the United States and international organizations. These connections have contributed to the strengthening of the political prominence of these categories within the Brazilian legal space in recent decades.
