TECNOLOGIAS 2.0 E NOVAS CIDADANIAS EMERGENTES

Abstract

Neste texto, situou-se a sociedade do século XXI, impactada pelas Tecnologias 2.0 e o que repercutem nas novas necessidades de formação das pessoas. No enquadramento do contexto, apresentam-se situações onde são discutidas a visão de homem, de sociedade, as necessidades de formação e de aprendizagem, articuladas com as mudanças conjunturais que vivemos. Acrescentou-se, ainda nesta direção de contextualização, as competências que são estimadas no currículo atual, sustentadas no coeficiente de inteligência ou QI (interpretar, refletir, pensar abstratamente e generalizar aprendizados), e as novas competências tão necessárias ao desenvolvimento de uma nova cidadania: protagonismo, autodesenvolvimento e o envolvimento com o desenvolvimento local. Caracteriza-se o papel e o lugar que a educação ocupa no currículo da escola atual e o estatuto que ela precisa adquirir, enquadrando a diferença na aprendizagem com os fatos trazidos à tona pela neurociência e a necessidade de desenvolver novas formas de ensinar.

2.0 TECHNOLOGIES AND NEW EMERGING CITIZENSHIP

ABSTRACT: In this text, the society of the 21st century was situated, impacted by the 2.0 Technologies and what have repercussions in the new training needs of the man immersed in this context. In the framework of the context, situations are presented where the vision of man, of society, the needs of formation and of learning, are articulated with the conjunctural changes that we live. In this contextualisation direction, the competences that are estimated in the current curriculum, based on intelligence or IQ (interpreting, reflecting, thinking abstractly and generalizing learning), and the new competences so necessary to the development of a new citizenship : Protagonism, self-development and involvement with local development. The role and place of education in the curriculum of today’s school and the statute that it needs to acquire is characterized by the difference in learning from the facts brought about by neuroscience and the need to develop new ways of teaching.
