Abstract

This article proposes a dialogue between the specificities of Teacher Education, from the perspective of PARFOR, and the proposal, encamped by the federal government, the regulation of Home Education. It seeks to understand the relationships between the government and its impacts on the macro and micro space of Brazilian Education. Its guiding thread is the texts presented at the coordinated thematic table of JOINPP 2019 - What education do we need ?, which problematized the dismantling of educational policies marked by the delegitimization of workers' historical achievements, loss of rights and deconstruction of public education. This text articulates the reflections on PARFOR, as a national policy of teacher training, its formative correlations for the action/trajectory of women-teachers, their school literacy practices and the neoliberal project of privatization and defunding of public education.
