This article analyzes the control of work as an inherent dimension of the capitalist mode of production and that is transformed in the different phases of the bourgeois system. Thus, the study problematizes the management and control of work in the sociability of capital, considering the multiple determinations in the context of societal transformations, which integrate a new technological-organizational dynamics and Telework as a form of control. Among the changes resulting from the reconfiguration in the world of work, telework is approached as a modality implemented in historical and certain periods of crisis, especially after 1970. To unravel the contradictions of the proposed theme, the reflections are based on historicalmaterialism, with authors of the Marxist tradition who dialogue with the subject, through bibliographic research.
