Abstract

This article aims to present and problematize the conceptions and particularities that arise through the relationship between the State and the crisis of neoliberalism, which constitutes the historical period of the most violent manifestation of capitalism
and reverberates in the heightened exploitation of the working class. Drawing on historical-dialectical materialism, the backbone of the analysis lies in the theories of the crisis of the capitalist system and the conceptions that permeate its determinants within critical theory itself. In addition, the analysis includes manifestations that occurred in the labor market in
Argentina and Brazil and the rise of neofascism in the latter under the perspective of the neoliberal crisis. It is pointed out that the conceptions, stemming from the instruments of political economy, still sustain problematizations precisely because they were woven with the same lines that stitch society today.
