Abstract

In the article, examine the "Social Question" in the Amazon, from the reflection about three central axis: the mineral exploration, health in Parintins (AM) and aging in Parintins (AM). The main goal is to analyze the expressions of “Social Matters" in the "Amazon", focuses on to the mineral exploration process and intensification on the social inequalities,territorials and generationals in process in the region. The same way it reflects on the differences and peculiarities that the the "Social Question" get in the present days to the local and regional level. Finally, the purpose is the creation of the critical reflection about the "Social Question" bringing up to the light elements, and categories, needed to the expressions of phenomenons in its totality, as well as about the public politics available in the region about the thematic above-mentioned.
