COMPARAÇÃO ENTRE POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS DE ACOLHIMENTO PARA REFUGIADOS PÓS-GUERRAS: impactos socioculturais, mentais e de saúde

Objetivo: Comparar e analisar políticas de acolhimento a refugiados pós-guerras, identificando práticas bem-sucedidas e áreas para aprimoramento. Métodos: Revisão integrativa qualitativa, examinando artigos, revisões, relatórios de políticas e documentos oficiais de 2019 a 2024. Critérios de inclusão foram trabalhos com visão ampla das estratégias de acolhimento e integração de refugiados pós-conflitos. Resultados: A integração de refugiados em novas sociedades é desafiadora devido a barreiras linguísticas e culturais, estigma, e dificuldades no acesso a emprego, moradia, educação e serviços de saúde, por vezes resultando em isolamento e perda de identidade cultural, culminando em transtornos mentais. Considerações finais: A eficácia das políticas de acolhimento depende de uma abordagem que promova integração e bem-estar dos refugiados, avaliando de forma individualizada cada população.
