This article aims to recognize discourses activated by Pibid, in order to materialize the meanings it establishes to the teaching, in which supervisors may be constructed. Foucault’s theory inspired the document analysis to answer, which are the discourses the Pibid uses to disseminate whatever it thinks about teaching, and what made possible its continuity. As a form of government in the production of subjectivities, the analysis shows a reconfiguration of the discursive practice in the teachers’ education, mobilizing discourses of quality,
innovation, experimentation within a neoliberal educational policy. The analytical production considers Pibid as a pedagogical strategy from the government, which selects discourses that increase the production and control of the subjects, it is also to improve the quality and add value to the teacher education.
