ESTRUTURA TRAÍDA: a Tessitura das Narrativas Imagéticas do Jornalismo Impresso Maranhense50

Resumo

RESUMO: O artigo analisa os textos fotográficos do/no jornalismo impresso maranhense para compreender como os processos narrativos imagéticos do jornalismo constroem valores. A partir dos conceitos linguísticos de estrutura e tessitura textuais, busca‐se identificar, na tessitura dos textos fotográficos, com aporte teórico da Análise de Discurso, subjetividades, parcialidades e emocionalidades negadas pelo paradigma da racionalidade jornalística. Defende‐se que a tessitura contradiz a estrutura e aponta para a impossibilidade de se obedecer aos cânones de realidade e verdade, valores caros ao jornalismo.

ABSTRACT: This article analyzes the photographic texts of print journalism in Maranhão to understand how the narrative processes from the images of journalism build values. Using linguistic concepts of structure and textual fabric, attempts to identify in the tissue of photographic texts, based on the theories from Analysis of Discourse, subjectivity, bias and emotions denied by the journalistic paradigm of rationality. It is argued that the textual
fabric contradicts the structure and points to the impossibility of obey to traditional models of reality and truth, enshrined values by the journalism.
