Abstract

This article explains the operation of the Organizational Memory Mapping Model (M3O) in organizational communication. The tool was developed from applied research in the professional master’s degree. The article presents the theoretical basis of the model, the stages of development of the exercise of organizational memory, the skills necessary for communication professionals, and the possibilities of using the tool.
