This essay is the result of the articulations and reflections made collectively during the meetings of the Week of Insurgent Narratives: Exchanges and Shares among the Young People of Political Formation, involving more than 20 young people from communities affected by large enterprises in Maranhão. Between June 29 and July 3, 2020 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm we were meeting via digital platforms (online) listening, talking and sharing healing wiretaps, which enabled a broader look at the ways of coping with the health crisis in contexts locations. We share here the wiretaps and the speeches as political acts that inscribe non-white bodies in places where the permanence of being alive in contemporary times is at stake, even in front of Covid-19. From listening to young students at the political training school, it is evident that it is not the virus that kills the most, but the State with the expansion of tracks, highways, avenues, railways and lines over the territories of traditional peoples and communities. This is a historic pandemic that rips the geographies of the territorial bodies of good living that do not want the death policies of modernity.
