Abstract

This article aims to analyze and reflect on teacher training policies based on the centrality of the enactment of the Common National Curriculum Base (BNCC) and approval of the Common National Base for Basic Education Teacher Training, the BNC-training. It seeks to understand the influences of such documents in teaching practice and in the national public education project, as well as to explain the impacts of the conceptions that permeate the legal documents in teacher training. It appears that over the last decades, education has been strongly influenced by neoliberal concepts, which aim above all to strengthen capitalism, focusing on economic, political and educational issues. In this way, it is possible to understand that the proposition of a curricular standardization for the training of students and teachers corroborates for this agenda, weakening training processes and setback in the educational achievements and rights.
