Abstract

This article describes and analyzes a continuing education experience carried out by the Escuela de Capacitación of the Centro de Pedagogías de Antecipación of the government of Buenos Aires between the years 2000 and 2011. It is a specialization course in children's and youth literature, aimed at teachers and librarians in the Argentine capital, which achieved very relevant results, having based its activities on a dialogical teaching perspective. Based on an ethnographic practice, this study articulates diverse sources of information about Postítulo en literatura Infantil y Juvenil, as a way to recognize the elements that favored the success of the formative experience. It concludes that the distinctive elements of the analyzed process are based on the practice of conversation as methodology and on the consequent constitution of a net-of-affections, demarcated by the ethical cohesion among participants.
