Abstract

This work, part of a research carried out in the Graduate Program in Education - Professional Master's in Education at the State University of Maranhão (PPGE/UEMA), addresses continuing education as a device for implementing the prescriptions of the National Common Curricular Base - BNCC – in a municipal school in the rural area of ​​São Luís-MA, through a technological resource – the blog. Constructed as an educational product, this instrument constituted a space for collaborative writing with and among teachers, as it was a means of communication and sharing of materials and tools, thus enabling the incursion into the prescribed guidelines of the BNCC , its effects on pedagogical work and , in this process, the continuing education of school professionals, the empirical field of the original research and where the construction of that technological tool, essential to educational work in times of a pandemic, took place.
